I bought my 2016 Ford C-Max from Hitchcock Motors about a month and a half ago. I am obsessed with this car. It did develop a slight issue a week or so after I took delivery but they fixed it free of charge. This place is run by people who are passionate about cars, which was obvious when my sales associate Jayden and I went out to test-drive the vehicle. I had a great experience dealing with this business.

Today I received the sweetest surprise in my mailbox. HITCHCOCK Motors sent me 2 gourmet brownies and a note thanking me for choosing them. I am so pleased that I did. I would like to add that they do a 31 pt inspection plus Car Fax. Then detailed my little car before I drove it home! Highly recommend this wonderful Dealership.

Great Service! I recently had a car breakdown and was in need of a reliable and affordable replacement. Given my circumstances I was dreading the car-buying process, but the team at Hitchcock Motors made everything so easy and stress-free. I was immediately connected with a salesman (Jayden) who found several quality options well within my budget. I eventually landed on a 2014 Nissan Altima and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The car is in great condition, exactly as described, (and much better than what I expected given my budget), and was inspected prior to taking it off the lot for added assurance. No hassle in the buying process (which is greatly appreciated these days) no excessive fees, a more than fair trade-in value, and the finance manager (Josh) was huge help explaining the process for a first time buyer. The team was very friendly and professional, I cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to coming back when it’s time for an upgrade!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Hitchcock Motor Car this week and if you are looking for a professional, non-predatory, friendly family owned business to buy a vehicle from than you absolutely need to give HMC a shot. I worked with Jayden who answered all of my questions in a way that I understood, which made the whole transaction feel less robotic. The "issues" with the car were promptly and professionally fixed plus a few extras I didn't even ask for were thrown in. Their lot has something for everybody, so go and support a family owned local business that you won't regret giving a chance. 10/10 recommend.
